Request a refund

You can request a refund of the $49 payment within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

Email support@tradelunar.io from the address on your account and say you'd like a refund.

What to include

• The email address you signed up with
• Roughly when you paid

You don't need a reason, and nobody will ask you to justify the request. There's no subscription behind the payment, so there's nothing else to cancel.
