Reset your password

Signed in? Change your password from Settings, under Account. It asks for your current password, and changing it signs out every other session.

Locked out? Use the reset link on the login page. Enter the address on your account and we email a link that works once and expires in an hour.

If the email never arrives

Check the address you typed is the one on your account; the link only ever goes there. If it still does not arrive, email support@tradelunar.io from that address and a person will sort it.

When you set the new password, it needs at least 10 characters. Once it's set, log in with it as usual.
