The affiliate programme

Every account has a referral code. Anyone who buys with it pays $41.65 instead of $49, and $5 comes to you once that sale is final.

When the $5 becomes yours

• The reward is created when Stripe confirms the money, never when someone signs up.
• It then holds for 30 days, which is the same window the buyer can refund in.
• If they refund inside that window, the reward is reversed and nothing is owed.
• After 30 days it clears, and cleared rewards are yours.

Getting paid

Payouts run as Stripe transfers once you hold $25 of cleared balance. Below that the balance simply waits; nothing expires.

Your own code doesn't apply to your own purchase. Buying through yourself is refused before a card is touched rather than clawed back afterwards.
